Abilene Christian University Graduate Reviews

My sister attended this university for her Higher Educations master's degree. During her experience, she did most of her classes online but spent a couple of weeks during the summer on campus. The program was wonderful and fully engaged with her even though she was a state away. She now works for a major university and loves her job!

Although it does not have the sense of awe that some state schools possess, ACU does a fantastic job at preparing its students for a life of purpose and success. The facilities have recently been renovated and the campus as never looked as good. Unlike other schools, the class sizes are manageable which gives you a chance to develop actual relationships with your professors. The connections that the university has are just as good as the most well-known schools. Companies and graduate schools across the country recruit for internships and jobs year round so for the ambitious there are opportunities out there. Like anything, you get out what you put in and ACU has a lot to offer.
Super friendly and easy to work with. The staff truly cares about the (future) students. The admissions personnel I dealt with definitely went above and beyond and were always available of I needed anything or had any questions. I had an issue with my name being what I previously attended the school with and tech support had the issues resolved in less than 10 minutes. The ACU website is easy to use as well and isn't confusing with extra items the students don't need.
