For the most part I enjoy going here. They’re many clubs to join, a lot of surrounding places to go to, decent professors, and many resources. It has a home feel and it’s not too overly crowded. Although it does has it minor issues like any school, it’s never something that over takes the good, you’ll hear more positives than negative!
My experience at Wingate University has been very good so far. When first approaching Wingate I was super nervous and I felt like I had to start all over from high school. When I got there everyone welcome me with open arms and had a super friendly personality. Due to Wingate being a private school, it has a very small campus. I found that to be very easy to navigate around and not having to walk too far to my classes. It is also a very beautiful campus, with multiple things to do and had many study places. Also due to the fact that it’s a small school, my classes were very small which was a great way to make connections with my teachers and ask for help. At first I did struggle to make some friends due to the fact that when I first got there it seems like everyone already had a friend group. But throughout the semester I was able to meet more people and have a friend group. I also joined the sorority Tri Sigma‘s in order to help my experience become better. I like it Wingate so far!
I love Wingate University! It’s a small faith based school. Teachers are awesome, knowledgeable, helpful. This school has a lot of programs to help students succeed. Campus life is great. Great campus activities.
