Windward Community College Reviews
There are no dorms, sports teams or party scene. The students are local people who live in their own homes. The teachers are nice and knowledgeable and are willing to go out of their way to help their students. Most people end up transferring to UH Manoa to complete their 4 year degrees. But is you want something convenient, affordable and friendly, attend WCC.
For anyone interested in anything medical or science field this college can help you get there. The student to teacher ratio is perfect for 1 on 1 work if you need extra help, space is clean and safe, the professors are very nice, the food is amazing, and there are some athletics being played throughout the semester. There are a lot of resources to use and all of them are great. Consider coming here it will be a great experience.
I currently attend school on the transferable post 9/11 GI Bill, the VA office at this campus has always been an awful experience. With that being said, this is the most beautiful campus out of the three schools I've attended thus far. Most buildings are historic, the Library is updated and makes me want to study 24/7. The teachers love their students and work hard to make sure every single one of them have every opportunity to help them succeed in life. The campus diversity is beautiful. Everyone is filled with Aloha, and you become friends with people left and right. It is an amazing place to attend school, I am blessed to be at WCC.
