West Virginia Northern Community College Reviews
West Virginia Northern Community College is a great place to get a head start on your education. If you're looking to get your core classes out of the way before you head to a four year university to get your bachelor degree -this is the place you to go. If you're looking to earn a degree while working full time- this is the place to go. The prices are very affordable for accredited and transferable courses. The campus is constantly being updated. It is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have a Starbucks in the bookstore! The teachers and advisors are very thoughtful, caring and really want to see you succeed. The activities director is awesome. There is so much to do on campus, during school and after school. I am at WVNCC earning my second associate's degree. There is a lot of availability and flexibility of course offerings between the classroom and online learning. I recommend West Virginia Northern Community College.
West Virginia Northern Community College is a great college to start out at if you are unsure about what it is you would like to pursue. All of the staff greeted me by name, asked how I was, and more. If you needed help, were always willing to help. The tutoring center is where I always went to do homework and study for exams, or to just chat with some friends. There is always something going on at any of the campuses. Along with this, the other staff were wonderful and so helpful.
I went to WPHS, and there were a lot of programs set up through WVNCC. I would not have finished my undergraduate English credits at WPHS if it wasn't for WVNCC. It is a lifesaver!
