They have answers for every question, and if you're speaking to someone on the phone they give you step by step instructions sent to your email on how to do something. Customer service is great! The overall atmosphere is very comfortable to be in and all of the staff are so friendly.

I am a college freshman. I started my classes online and it has been very helpful. The professors where always just an email away. I also recently got accepted into the Nursing program. If I have had any questions or class scheduling questions they were more than happy to help!
I absolutely love WKCTC! Everyone is so helpful when it comes to any question you may have. Not only that, but if they aren't able to answer it they will find someone who can.
