The dorms are great, but that also depends on which ones you live in. I live in the more expensive ones which include a bathroom inside the room, but I know people who have enjoyed living in both dorm styles. The overall food quality is okay. During peak meal times, the lines can get pretty long and if I have to run to class, I might not have time for a full sit down meal. Einstein's is one of the most popular places to eat on campus, but that makes their line unbearable to wait in sometimes. I enjoy the social life at West Chester as well. There are many things to do, especially is partying isn't your scene (there's plenty of that too). Between events in our student union building, and our vivid social scene, you’ll always find something to do! One of my favorite things to do is workout, and I love the gym for that reason. The gym usually gets pretty crowded from 2:30-6PM so sometimes you have to wait for equipment. Overall, I love West Chester!
Review West Chester University of Pennsylvania
Currently, I am a Freshman at West Chester University. I will be starting my second semester come mid January. For me, West Chester has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. I started during the summer for five weeks. The program was called ADP. Thanks to ADP, the transition from high school to college was a breeze! West Chester is like a second family to me. The staff at this school all look to help each of their students succeed regardless of how long it may take by offering hundreds of majors with friendly professors that care about your future.
While attending West Chester, I like how everybody is super nice and helpful. The school is really diverse, so I got to learn about where different types of people are from. Also, I believe the campus is big enough where you wont get lost on your first day of classes. However, if you do the students and/ or staff have no problem which pointing you to the right direction. Another great experience I have had is there is always something happening on campus. There are different types of organizations are always having events where everybody is welcome and everything is fun. I cant wait til this semester... Sophomore year here I come!!!!
