Although I have never been enrolled into a college, Wayne Community College seems like the best place to be. I recently did a tour here at Wayne Community College and found everything I had been looking for. As an aspiring Nurse, seeing the medical program they offered here was absolutely astounding. Noto only does Wayne Community College offer a wonderful medical program but they also allow their students to become hands on at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Wayne Community College is the place I want to be, because I know they will mold and shape me into the nurse I wish to become.
Being a community college, the professors are all excited to help students prepare for whatever they plan on doing next in life whether it be going straight into the workforce or transferring to another college. There are many opportunities that allow students to succeed such as tutors, job finding assistance, and on-sight childcare. It was a great experience that taught me a lot and will aid me as I continue my schooling.
I am currently enrolled in the dental hygiene program at Wayne Community College and this school is rated in the top five best dental hygiene programs in North Carolina. The college strives in provided the best education for their students and currently strive to provide the best covid-19 standards. Everyone is extremely helpful and the school even takes part in trying to keep things fun and creative, for example every now and then they will host bingo through zoom.
