Very neat academic programs, good value for money, people get along well, campus is extremely well taken care of and beautiful even for such a small campus. There aren’t exactly athletic programs at VHCC, but the Professors are extremely helpful and provide work situation based assignments in accordance to your major. There aren’t any dorms/housing provided by the college, and no cafeteria of any sorts. The Wolfgrounds Coffee Shop is the only, and highly recommended place to go! Overall, the faculty and staff provides one of the safest and efficient environments for students of all ages and help them achieve their goals from bottom up!
VHCC is a great way to ease your way into the college experience! With a student body close to that of an average high school, teacher to student ratio is small enough to enable a great connection! This connection helps with students being able to understand the material better while also encouraging us, as students, to ask questions. Overall, the experience is great because with the hard course material the ability to be connected personally with the instructor not only benefits us individually but also helps a class as a whole!
It is wonderful. The classes are small. The professors are happy. The school is clean. The only issue with the school that I have is meeting other students. Making friends at this school seems so much harder compared to a 4 yr.
