At the school I attend, the Medical Assisting Program is one of the biggest programs in the school. We have wonderful teachers that make sure you know what you need to know and have great compassioin for helping you succeed. The workload at times can be overwhelming but that is probably with any school. The internship process is probably one of the best! They pair you up with a site that you would possibly want to work in upon graduation. They also do their best to pair you up with a site that matches your personality. We have many students that are actually hired by their extern site after the students complete their exams.
Review Virginia College - Spartanburg
Love the campus president there, he cares about the students. There have been some good and positive changes in recent months. Great school.
Most of my experience has been good, but I have came into contact with a few instructors that should not have been instructors. They were just unprepared for classes and test, putting grades in a timely manner, and complete understanding of the subject. Also being that this is a private school it is expensive and the payment methods are confusing.
