Vernon College is a good community college, it's well priced! Especially, if you're wanting to take credits and transfer to the local college, MSU.
Extremely kind and helpful staff. The Wichita Falls campus is large, clean, and never feels crowded. Many on-site resources are available for questions that may arise, and instructors are very kind and easy to work with.
