As everyone knows, FAFSA can be a pain in the REAR! I, for one try to avoid it as much as I can. But when I went into the schools financial aid office, getting ready to enroll, they helped with everything that I needed to know about my FASFA. It just seemed more effortless that the other few times I've spent doing FASFA with my parents. They also made it easy to look for scholarships and gave me the right places to look to I can bring down the amount that I would owe every month.

Every major at Vatterott has their own classroom(s). And within those classrooms they have specific resources for those students to use pertaining to what they study, how far they have studied, and the level they are at in the class. To me this is very important, because no student is the same, everyone has different learning techniques to have that diversity in the classrooms, its amazing to me. The school even has a newsletter that lets the other students of other majors come and see what the others have done in the classrooms. For an example; the cosmetology majors have their own section of the building and everyone is in a different level in the class. They post things in the school newsletter, letting everyone know of the events they have. Sometimes they will have fashion shows that the cosmetology students form so they can show the work they have done and how well they have transformed and evolved in the class.

Missouri is well known for it being a "melting pot" and I think because we have so many different races and ethnicities in Missouri already we have a lot of different ethnicities and races attending Vatterott. At Vatterott there are different things you can study one at a time and the career majors that they do have, they try their best to do it hands on. My major is Personal Fitness Training and they do personal fitness in class. Our classroom in the morning will be a regular classroom with books open and studying important things for tests. In the next few hours the classroom is transformed into a mini gym and the teachers are getting active with the students teaching them the correct way to teach others fitness and teaching ourselves fitness. They try to push you to your limits so that when you go out into the field, there is no limit for you, but you do know limits of the people that you do train because you have been where they have been.
Not only is the class filled with young students, but of all ages. Most important of all we all get along, work together, and help each other get better.
