Most professors were well informed on their subject and were considerate to students but firm with guidlines. I found the campus to be fairly accessible for differently abled students, with a few exceptions. There were plenty of activities hosted for students to attend, and it hosts a great library.
I love the campus. It's beautiful and functional. I like all the support options for students. I'm really enjoying my courses and professors. They might not have tons of course options, but what they do have are pretty good.
I think that the school has a lot of fun activities happening and also cares about the students. In an ideal world I would like to see the student fees and online class fees drop,
My classes were very hands on which helped me learn a lot more than just through lectures. I was able to connect well with my teachers and get help when needed. There were always resources to help me out.
I haven’t quite started my first semester at Utah tech but I am so excited to get involved. I’ve joined the ballroom company and I will be joining clubs as soon as they come out. All my older friends that attend this university love it and the environment is so friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to start a great year!
As a concurrent enrollment student at Utah Tech University, all the classes I've taken has been an amazing experience with all the certified teachers there. The education I've received between all the teachers can lead me to a higher level understanding of knowledge as an upcoming senior in highschool.
All the professors I had were super nice and worked with me to achieve a high grade. They would send emails to notify students about any change in class or on any resources. Their orientation day was also great. Their staff is also kind (students and adults).
I absolutely love the environment of Utah tech university and the professors there are incredible and really enjoy there job. They teach with enthusiasm and expand on ideas that students may question. They tend to have the knowledge needed to provide the equivalent information to students. It's a beautiful campus and has study rooms and areas to better work on homework, whether by yourself or a group.
All of my professors have been extremely qualified and knowledgable. The staff is all super helpful, and the most beautiful campus.
I think Utah Tech University is a great university! The faculty are great and I would say that my education is the same as other schools in the state. I don't agree with the name change. I would like to see more of a spiritual emphasis added to the school. Combing activities with the institute that is near campus . And also being more involved with the politics in the community. I think that housing could and should be more affordable
I had wonderful professors in the art and education departments. Not only were they accommodating and friendly, but they became individuals I could really trust when it came to my work as a student. I was always working to improve and they were always there encouraging me on, even when it was tough. I was able to make meaningful connections in the St. George art scene and receive valuable insight on my future graduate degree. The professors at Utah Tech University are individuals I have come to greatly respect and admire. I value their professional input even now after graduating. Any student who attends this school will be well supported by their professors. As for things that I would like to change, sometimes there seemed to be small communication issues during my last year as a student in the SCED program. I don’t know what other programs looked like but I do believe that professors presenting a united front is very important for all involved, students and faculty alike.
I enjoy my time at utah tech! It has a great campus and is in a great location with so many fun things to do.
I loved the inclusiveness with everyone and the overall happiness around campus. Everyone was willing to help with anything and making you feel welcome.
I love that everyone is passionate about the school. Making me really happy to be a student. There’s lot of resources and help that I get too. I’m proud to be a student at Utah Tech!
I met a lot of wonderful people who became really good friends to me. The teachers were good and I felt excited to learn about psychology and study more about it.
I very much love that it is a smaller university. It is in an amazing location and the overall feel of the campus is very welcoming and safe. The Academic advisors have been so encouraging and always look for ways to help you finish your degree more efficiently and quickly. It is a very one on one university. All of my experience with professors from the university have always been so kind and invited. The entire staff is focused on your success. The university has many resources to help with mental health, tutoring, and genuinely helping everyone belong. The clubs are so fun to join, and the events that the school host are amazing!
i love this school I love how small it is and how easy it is to get around campus. I love the sports even though they are really bad they are still a fun enviorment
