Utah State University Reviews
I have attended Utah State University for several years while working toward my bachelor's degree. The beauty and location of this campus is unmatched! It is situated at the base of a gorgeous mountain range, and provides easy access to several canyons where mountain biking, hiking, skiing, rock climbing and several other outdoor activities can be enjoyed. The university is continually making improvements to campus by preserving historic buildings, and constructing beautiful state-of-the-art new facilities. The student life here is great! Almost weekly there are great activities happening on campus. Utah State is renowned for their engineering, education and agricultural programs, and it makes a well-rounded and valuable education affordable and attainable for all.
I love Utah State! When I started applying for schools, I had my heart set elsewhere. USU wasn't at the top of my list, but after a series of events beyond my control, this is where I ended up! I'm almost certain that I'm happier here than I would have been at my "dream" school. I've never been treated badly by anyone on campus, faculty or otherwise, and I feel lucky to be studying with such gifted professors and students for a fraction of the price at other schools. There are so many opportunities within the University and its individual colleges for students to be involved, and I feel like this involvement is a valuable way for me to gain real-world experience.
So far my experience has been great. I am a transfer student to USU attending my first semester. I have found the campus to be clean and beautiful. The adviser for my degree has been very helpful in meeting with me before I even applied so that I would know if this is where I should attend college. They helped me learn about my degree, scholarships, and all that would be required for me to graduate and how long it would take after transferring. It has been a pretty good experience for me so far and transferring was easy!
