The Professors there are actually really understanding and make the content easy to understand. I am a transfer student so this past year was my first year there. Comparing the studies and professors to the previous institution I attended, they have very professional and intelligent staff. The campus life is also very positive. There are many activities to do on campus such as bowling, movies, magic shows, and pool. There are many clubs and extra curricular options available so it is easy to have something to do! I would highly recommend this college.
My experience at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater so far has been eye opening, fun, and educational. I've made many new friends in my first 3 weeks, and they've made the adjustment of being away from home fairly easy for me. I've gotten involved with a club sport and a club, as well and those have been fun ways to enjoy and understand college life a little more. My professors are all very kind and understanding and make classes enjoyable! I have found that I've learned a lot, as well. The only thing I would change would be how far away the dorm halls are from our classes. I have around a 15-minute walk for each class I'm taking. Despite that one downfall, I'm excited to see where the rest of this year takes me.
I am currently finishing up my first year here at UW Whitewater, and overall, it has been a great experience. All of my professors are amazing teachers, there are so many great on campus activities/clubs to get involved in, lots of events to attend. Everyone has a lot of school spirit which is something that is enjoyable to be apart of. Everyone was really welcoming, and you feel a sense of belonging. Going to their on campus events is really important, it really helps you find and create new bonds with people, makes it a lot easier. I really enjoy this school, and can't wait to spend another three years here!
