I love Green Bay! The campus is tucked away, surrounded by green space, so you can hear the woods instead of busy city life. The student population is very tightly knit, the professors are so kind, and the buildings are very full of windows and full of natural light. Each dorm comes with their own bathroom, so no communal showers or toilets. Laundry is free, food is good. There's a cute coffee shop on campus that is the best place to study. The library is huge and beautiful, and the athletics always have some type of game or something to go to and be involved in something.
I am a freshman on campus this year, and something that I really like about UWGB is its beautiful campus. I feel really involved with nature while I'm here, especially during the warmer months of the year. I also love the wide scope of majors that UWGB has to offer from Environmental Science to Theatre. A nice added benefit of going here is also the private bathrooms in the dorms. The university size is big enough to be exposed to many new people, but not too big that you're constantly sitting in packed lecture halls. I've found myself in rather small class sizes except for my online courses. I can't really critique UWGB right now because anything that is being done "badly" is a result of the coronavirus pandemic. I recommend UWGB to just about anyone!
This is an amazing school! The campus is beautiful, but they also have amazing professors available for their students in all majors and minors.
