I am currently enrolled in the Computer Science program at the University of the People. I am still new here and I've only taken two courses towards the Bachelor's degree so far. Those two classes were very informative. The curriculum was from MIT. These two classes were introductory classes, so I can't rate the Computer Science program completely. The other six courses I have taken are mandatory courses toward a Bachelor's degree. They refer to them as "Foundational" courses, but most people would refer to this as a core curriculum. Those six courses were amazing. The professors were responsive and offered help when needed. The books were free. My favorite part about this experience was observing how strict they are about plagiarism. They take academic integrity very seriously, which I love.
Learning in UoPeople is exciting and interesting especially in discussion with my classmates. Our instructors give us topics that are open for discussion and also provoke us to participate more.
Course materials are at students' disposal meaning that whenever students need to access books and such materials, they are just one click away. Moreover, these learning materials are supported in video, audio, and PDF format.
The all staff team including instructors and advisors are very helpful and are always ready to assist students in the way they can. I personally want to send my gratitude to my advisor as s/he was with me since day one.

There are a bunch of institutions claiming to give online education services; however, only a few provide quality education and University of the People is the one. To begin with, the website is sophisticated and at the same time it is easy to access. I almost feel like in a real class room when I engage in class discussions due to the website's explicit navigation.
The other merit of learning in UoPeople is that it is the best place to share and gain experience as people all over the globe and people in a wide range of age are in your class room. I believe this feature makes it different and special from other universities.

Thereby, I conclude my journal in that UoPeople is the best place to pursue your associates, BA, or Masters degree.
