In my experience the University of Puerto Rico in Ponce it was an excellent option for what I was looking...Computer Science! My time there was beneficial in terms of knowledge, activities, feedback, professional teachers, etc. I will not forget my moments there and ABSOLUTELY I definitely I recommend this university, just check what they offer.
It is a small campus that creates a pleasant environment. They have many adaptation activities, communication through various means, and assistance for those of us who require a little help. There are no varied food services, so you have to leave the campus or bring your food. The teachers are good. Parking is convenient. The sports program is very competitive, but can add more disciplines.
My experience in the University of Puerto Rico at Ponce has been amazing. I started studying there at summer 2019, as a freshman. The classrooms are a minimum of 25-30 students and I can have an close relationship with the professor in case of a thought. The people are very nice and the office people too. The only problem I could always don’t like is the fact that when going to an office to resolve an problem or go with papers, the usually very slow and could take all day. Overall, the UPR at Ponce always have been a good environment and always looking for students rights and it’s good.
