University of Pittsburgh Reviews
The University of Pittsburgh gives students an excellent environment to study in and live in. Students have kinds of choices on classes, clubs activities and food choices. The clubs can satisfy desires from all the students having different interests and studying in different fields. In the University of Pittsburgh, I met great friends and nicest professors who are really helpful all the time for questions students have. I experienced diversity in the community. It is really safe to live in the dorm or even live off campus. All the campus polices are responsible. The university has the safe driver service and campus bus to make sure that students are safe all the time, especially at 3 o'clock when the student steps out the library and just finish studying. I love the University of Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh city a lot!
I attended the University of Pittsburgh from August 2013 until my graduation in April 2017 and I absolutely loved it. I majored in Biology and graduated with a 3.61. I felt that my classes prepared me very well for the MCAT that I took in June 2016 and was very satisfied with my score. In addition, I was able to join the Pittsburgh Men's Volleyball Club as well as the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity. I have built many lifelong friendships within my organizations. I felt like the University of Pittsburgh challenged me academically, socially, and as a leader and I can genuinely say that it has changed my life for the better. Only two months out from graduating and I find myself missing it more and more. I would recommend this University to anyone and everyone, especially those pursuing science!
The University of Pittsburgh is a wonderful university full of diversity and opportunity. In the beginning of the year, I dove nervously into the unknown of the university and new environment I quickly adjusted to the sudden changes once meeting friendly peers and Pittsburgh residents. I participated in many on campus events and even joined a club to connect with other with similar interests as me. The academics of Pitt are challenging yet rewarding. Most of my professors cared about the subject they were teaching and of the students they were teaching. Campus food is amazing and there are plenty of options with dining passes and dollars that will guarantee no food boredom. Pittsburgh itself is a beautiful city filled with lots of things to do and towns to explore. I can't wait for what's in store for the next 3 years of my education at the University of Pittsburgh!
