University of North Georgia - Gainesville Reviews
Review University of North Georgia - Gainesville
The University of North Georgia's Gainesville campus provides more than enough opportunities as a commuter campus. Gainesville campus holds several extracurricular opportunities from academic clubs such as the physics and chemistry club to personal and intramural clubs such as chess club, fencing club, and Improv club. Gainesville campus also provides opportunity through its resources - Physical education building, library, tutoring and computer lab, writing and revisement lab - several resources to be utilized and taken advantage of. Gainesville campus has met my needs and more!
This is an amazing school. The first time I stepped on this campus I knew that it would be a great place for me to get my degree. This campus has everything the main campus has to offer, but it is closer to home and it is bigger too. The professors here are awesome and are very helpful. I always went to my professors during their office hours just to get some extra help if I did not understand a topic in class. Overall, this is a great school and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering this school!
The students at the University of North Georgia are absolutely friendly. I recall the first day of college, I would casually walk around campus; many students would give me a warm smile when passing by. The cafeteria staff are absolutely amazing. They are very hardworkers; even during the busy hours they keep a positive spirit. The professors really care about their students; they do the best they can to help any student through their struggle with time and patience. There's always room for improvement on campus of course, but what I would like to see is more diversity.
