University of New Mexico - Gallup Reviews
The University of New Mexico Gallup branch is a good 2 year college start, if you want to see what college is about you can start there. Whether you are a adult wanting to go back to school or a recent high school graduate it is the best place to be and like there slogan says “stay close, go far.” The UNM Gallup branch does have a lot to offer for anyone wanting to get the education they deserve. The changes I would to see there would be more student parking spaces and more help with scholarships information.
University of New Mexico - Gallup is a school that can help you get into what you are exploring and have more options as you continue your study. I already have a Master's degree in Information Technology Management and now I am a Freshman study for the nursing program. This school has made it easy to continue my journey to a more rewarding, exciting, and productive career. The teachers have been friendly, helpful, and love sharing their experiences. It is not a big town, so this school so easy to find and not so big that you may get lost. I say it is a good size school to where the teachers know your name. The only down side is the winter weather. I fell on the ice road on the way to class. I played it cool and got up.
What I liked about the UNM-Gallup campus is that the professors are over-qualified for their position. They have amazing professors that have contributed much to their fields. I also like the small lecture room settings. They are comfortable and have enough space for everyone. The only thing I feel could change is how they circulate news regarding the Gallup campus. Extracurricular activities are notified on flyers rather than email postings.
