University of Missouri - St. Louis Reviews
My advisor was excellent! She guided me through my academic plan and was able to find courses that accommodated my lifestyle as a teacher and single mother. Tuition is reasonable with financial aid opportunities available. There are activities and clubs to fit a variety of interests. I was sold at the Ted Drewes' vending machine! Just kidding. Staff are welcoming and friendly and if I didn't have my own place, I would've definitely stayed on campus.
I transferred to UMSL after three years in a community college after graduating high school. When I finally decided what I wanted to study and where I wanted to transfer, I was nervous to transition, but every single professor I have had thus far reminds me every class why I am majoring in what I am & to always keep my passion for learning more about my passion. The facilities are extensive and helpful, the faculty willing and excited, and students are smart and kind. Every day on campus has been a reminder to me that I made a great choice for my life and my future. It took me awhile to figure out where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do, but UMSL professors have reminded me of my capabilities and my love for learning.
I adore this school. I am a transfer student and so far I am absolutely blown away by UMSL! The people, professors, and all staff are very friendly and they want to see you succeed.
