I love UMSL! Getting an affordable, quality education is most desirable when looking at colleges and this was one perfect for me. Their faculty is amazing with helping their students and providing financial aid. There are no complaints about this university, except for the selection of dining option on campus.
UMSL provides wonderful, charismatic, and knowledgable professors for students to both learn from and work with throughout their college adventure. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent getting an education on campus and through my online courses for each allows equally beneficial and memorable experiences. The university has plenty of resources, assistance, activities, and communication that provide an enjoyable learning experience. Though the surrounding neighborhoods are not quite as safe as they could be for students and staff to explore or enjoy, the university itself is more than safe and typically allows a sense of peacefulness. For the reasonable cost of in-state tuition, the quality of education you receive is well worth consideration.
My teachers were awesome! except for one professor who did not understand the internet or how to properly communicate, but the issue got resolved. Zoom meetings instead of the traditional classroom were helpful, but not better. I made it through the semester though with a 4.0 so no complaints
