University of Houston-Downtown Reviews
The school itself is beautiful and it’s in an awesome area! The middle of downtown Houston! I love how the classes are smaller than usual about 30 people so you get to understand lessons better compared to a class with 200 people where you wouldn’t learn as much because the class is huge. The school really cares about its students and I really appreciate that, they are very dedicated to making you succeed which is a really good things to have. The support is amazing and I love attending this school!
UHD is rapidly growing! Currently they have a wonderful business school, and are looking to expand the science departments. The class sizes are small, between 20-30 students per class, and many professors have office hours and are willing to take the extra time to help students learn. This school is more academically focused, but does have a variety of options for research. It is more affordable than most schools, and will not disappoint!
I've been a student here for about 5 school years, this would be my sixth. I came in right after high school unsure of what it was I wanted to major in. The school is a great place to find your calling. With various events and seminars, in no time at all, I knew my career choice was in business. The classes are small and it allows professors to have more one on one with their students. Flexible and and affordable I was able to work and go to school. I recently graduated with my undergrad and am now attending to receive my MBA. They have just been named the fastest growing and effective MBA program in Houston!
