University of Houston-Victoria is a great school. This is my freshman year at the school in my second semester. I'm majoring in computer science, a great field, this school is a great opportunity. The professors are terrific and they help you a lot especially with tutoring if needed. Staff and faculty are amazing people. Very friendly campus!

This will be my first semester but so far, everyone who has helped me has been very friendly and helpful! Specifically Mrs.Hodge, the counselor. She has answered every question I've had.
So far I have only attended the University of Houston-Victoria for the Fall 2015 semester, but it has been a great college experience so far. My favorite experiences so far has been to just enjoy the college life of getting to know new people and have the freedom to do what I want, within reason. Due to my first college semester I made a lot of new friends and reunited with old friends from my past. The University of Houston-Victoria has many unique characteristics because it genuinely cares for the students and shows for i through what they offer for the students. The dorms do not have a curfew, they have a lounge and is in a small safe community. Each student gets their one-on-one time with advisers who strive for everyone's success. This may sound like what all students may say about their college but the University of Houston-Victoria gives of a safe and nurturing setting that students can strive in. I would definitely choose this school again if i could do it all over again because I would stay close to my family and friends. I would still get the college experience all highschoolrs want but from the luxury of home.
