The Campus is great, the people are very welcoming. the campus is fairly new and well kept. There are a lot of internship opportunities around which is very beneficial.
Amazing school with amazing resources, such as career services that link students with nearby companies. 3D printing offered for digital media majors. Get student life a lot to do on and off campus.
Love how it's a small school and you know mostly everyone who walks by you. It's a small community filled with great people.

There isn't really a big greek life on campus at all.
The main life of sports is at the UConn Storrs main campus
The school is nice and well kept. A lot of the classes for my major are ONLY offered at night, so it would be nice to have a greater diversity of times.
Although I am not sure about the alcohol and safety climate on the campus, I can assure that it is very safe here, and there hasn't been too many talks of issues on campus with safety.
Because the campus is surrounded by a variety of companies, it is a great opportunity to get a degree from this campus, and the University of Connecticut as a whole. There is an overwhelming amount of companies to choose from, all of which appeal to various types of majors and people.
The system for grabbing gen ed courses are very flexible, and multiple classes can fill up one requirement, so there is a large amount of choices that a student can make for his educational career at UConn. Many of the professors are friendly, and very approachable, and the student body is very sociable as well.
There is no campus housing. Yet.
There are a few small greek life groups at UConn Stamford, and many of them are limited to what they can do at the campus. Therefore, they don't play a large role in the campus life.
Because it isn't the main campus, UConn Stamford lacks in athletics and other activities.
Even at the satellite campus of UConn Stamford, there is still a very strong educational foundation that you can receive at the school. There is a lot of help for looking into majors, and many of them you can even complete at the campus. It is a much cheaper option than Storrs, and it also provide many of the same resources that the main campus in Storrs provides. It is a very nice community here, and the professors are often fantastic. I have yet to find too many reasons to not want to be at this campus besides the many people who choose to leave for the main campus after their second year. Otherwise, it is very good.
Our campus is very safe. Our officers are friendly and are always in the parking lots as since we have to cross a 4 way intersection to get to the parking lot. There haven't been any crimes or sexual assaults. One big issue is crossing the street in the 4 way intersection. No matter when, a car has a green light even when the pedestrian have a walking signal.
In my opinion, the quality of the administration office on campus and the career center is no helpful. One appointment at the career center took me a month to make and only lasted 10 minutes. The administration is rude, and not helpful. Emails about internship are the best option or their are fliers in front of the career center.
My experience with huamn development course and general courses have been a great experience. Theres a number of courses to apply at Uconn Stamford. However, some courses are offered every semester and are limited to one time. It is very difficult to choose a schedule that works with any outside activities. The professors at Uconn Stamford range. I have had easier and harder teachers, it all depends how passionate the teachers are in what their teaching their students. In addition, classes include lectures, discussions, debates etc. Class size is usually 40 but other classes could be small as 20.
i dont live on campus.

Since Uconn stamford is a small school. We have one sorority where a few girls participate in. We don't have a greek life, that i am aware of.
Uconn stamford is a small school that does not include a campus. Therefore, we have no sport activities located here. We do have a gym where a lot of students exercise in between classes. In addition, we have hosted in the past basketball parties on campus when watching the uconn game. Students have a lot of school sprit when it comes to games.
Uconn Stamford has been a good experience thus far. Since i commute I don't get the campus life experience, by by not doing so i have saved a lot of money. Uconn is a diverse school from students all over Connecticut and foreign exchange studnets as well. I have mad a lot of friends throughout my years at Uconn. If your looking for a small, school where you can still work outside of school, Uconn Stamford is the school for you. Many events, guest speakers, college fairs occur frequently.
