I think that the school is great. The teachers and administration were all super helpful and made me successful. There is a good culture there of being inclusive and welcoming. The campus is very beautiful with all the amazing views looking over towards the mountains. It can be costly to live and go to college here but that is just what you pay for and it’s a great experience. Overall it’s a great college and I really recommend if you love great people, great views, and a great time!
Overall, a great school! UCCS offered me a great way to start my four-year degree at a higher level than a community college, without spending a fortune on tuition. My experience with the faculty/campus services has been excellent, and there are lots of resources available to students from any background. However, these resources can sometimes be difficult to find and access. Otherwise, an excellent school to dip your toes into the first-year college experience, possibly as a launchpad to transfer to another school later in your degree.
I love the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs, this campus is very special to me and I feel like I truly belong here. I'm so happy that I made it to this school and I call it a home. I feel inspired and commited to become my better self and my truer, more authentic me. I feel driven to become successful and accomplished, and continue to try even if I fall back in any way. Because I want to end up in a place where I can be so happy with all that I've done to get there and live out the dreams of the careers I want to have! I desire to fullfill my potentional, and continue to grow and learn. Being on this campus has taught me a lot so far, and I know that there is much more to come to learn and adapt to - and adventure through! This campus is a very liberal, kind, and welcoming environment and it feels very right for me. I am so happy to be here.
