The University of Central Arkansas is a fantastic school that offers a great academic program. The professors are very helpful and are very driven to help their students succeed. It's very easy to develop a personal relationship with your teacher, which makes everything easier. UCA has a beautiful campus and the social interactions are outstanding. Greek life is a huge deal and so much fun, go Greek or go home!
There are tons of Greeks on campus. Girl's and boy's bid day are huge deals on campus and everyone is there to support. Non-Greeks can still get into the parties hosted by Greeks, but most of them wish they were a part of a sorority or fraternity. The houses for both the girls and boys are beautiful and are incredibly modern. The recruitment process is one of the most fun things I've ever experienced. As we say, Go Greek or Go Home!
Great school and it won't put you in the poor house. The campus is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. The professors are great and it boasts one of the best honors programs in the nation. I also hear that the physical therapy program is top notch. There is free medical care for students and the exercise facility is really good! The school is in a dry county so if partying is your thing this might not be the place for you. I'm not paying all this tuition to party so it doesn't bother me.
