University of Calgary Reviews
Very nice campus, good access by train. You learn a lot of information during your degree and professors go out of their way to help you. However, it's expensive and the books you buy , often end up not using them. Beware! Also, some professors do not have the greatest teaching skill and you are better off studying the content from book and internet.
Great school, Awsome professors. There are awful ones, but it's not that they aren't qualified and great in upper year courses, just dry. Most of the professors are smart and funny in lectures, and if you talk to them genuinely care about your progress.
There are a couple spots that need renovating, but it's happening slowly! Other then that, the facilities are amazing. The gym, mental health centers, libraries, quad is all super amazing, and provide so much to it's students. The traditions are heart warming, the activities that sometimes appear on campus are hilarious or just so adorable like our puppy therapy days! Everyone has the chance to really feel apart of the school with all the different activities and spaces available around campus.
