Trinidad State Junior College Reviews
Trinidad State Junior College (TSJC) is a campus that is based around athletics. The classes are easier that high school and did not prepare me for a 4-year year university. The teachers just pass the students so that they are eligible to play their sport. The town is small, old, run down, and boring. The school tries to hold activities but is not very successful in doing so. Because it is an athletic campus, sports make or break the experience. The coaches are not genuine and do not care for your well being.
I attended college to get my Cosmetology license! All of the professors in this program are great. They know how to curb their teaching style according to what their students need and I think that's what makes this school special. They also prep you for your boards so that you can pass on the first try (with studying of course).
I am attending high school at Aguilar Junior/Senior high school. I have been here my whole life and I used to love it. Now, I dislike it. The students' behavior and attitude is horrible. I do learn from the teachers, but life among the students is bad. Sports were great a couple years ago! Now everything went downhill. I have played volleyball, basketball, and I have participated in track and field.
