I have had such a great experience at Trident Tech. I started with prerequisites and from the beginning, I had such supportive and caring teachers. I am now in the nursing program, and although it is the toughest thing I've ever done, it is wonderful! I feel confident knowing I am in a program where the teachers REALLY care!

The nursing program I attend at my school is fast paced. Each class is only 7 weeks long which is one of my favorite and least favorite things about it. While the short deadlines may at times seem daunting, the slight anxiety motivates me and helps me stay on track with my studies. The program offered at my school stresses professionalism to a greater degree than other nursing schools in the community. Students that attend my school have a higher rapport with the community hospitals and are looked on favorably when they are job searching after graduating. Attending this school is a decision I would make again and again. I love that I have had clinical experience beginning in my first semester at school. I feel prepared to be a nurse already!
Things I liked about trident technical college were the 7 week class option instead of the traditional 14 week class option, because some classes don't necessarily involve 14 weeks of your time. The 7 week class option allows you to get some of your classes out of that way faster. Trident technical college has some really good instructors, as long as you're willing to search for them. One thing I would change would be adding more online class options. Although trident technical college does offer online class options, there aren't a lot of variations of class options to choose from.
