Cosmology learning different kinds of hair cuts, for different shapes of faces, which I find cool, color for different skin color or seasons, different ways to apply, pedicures and mancures, makeup, which they have 3 different class on ways to apply make up which would be cool to be able to do, but each class you take extra thousand per class. Which being a single mother is impossible for me. Maybe someday. They are to help with job placement after you take state boards
We had a spring hair show, they gave us a Disney character we had to put a modern spin on it. I had Snow White, so I decided to it in punk rock. I felt my model rocked. There were lots of talent there that night. But when the show started and they announced they decided not to bring outside judges in that the Hair Arts owners and manages was going to be the judges this time. I just had a bad feeling about it. I think my feelings was right. But since then the business has been sold to a company from Indianapolis. Which has been a good thing. I can see things slowly changing. As far as choosing this school again. Possibly. I'm sure they all have there ticks.
Our instructors. Discuss the chapter for the day, we are signed chapter review and answer questions at the end of chapters. At times the instructor demonstrates on manician head. Some chapters are very detailed chapters, with lots of focus on concern areas. All classes are medium size, with laid back atomosphere
