Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy - Atlanta Reviews
My school has one schedule: Tues-Sat 8:30am-4pm. There is no flexibility yet they are dedicated to help you succeed and believe that key structure will help you to progress and move forward in your personal and professional goals. I'm very pleased with the standard of information that I am learning. My school is family oriented and they like to keep that culture within the academy. They are very supportive, fun, yet challenging all at the same time. You expect great things because there is a standard that is held my the academy and they hold you to as well. No one is better than the other; they strive for us to rise together as one. I have no frustrations. I love every moment. It was a VERY easy choice to decide to go to that school.
My tuition is totally covered by my financial aid which is a great thing but loans are apart of that. I currently have more loans than I do grants and even though I don't have to be concerned about finishing school, I do think about the loans I have to pay back. My goal is to get as many scholarships as I can so that I don't become another student who graduated in debt. I want to be totally focused on my career at that point. The level of education I am receiving is phenomenal in my field and is definitely worth every cent! My financial aid officer has been really great at communicating any updates with me and what I would need to do which I greatly appreciate! I always ask questions when I'm not sure what something means or how it may pertain to me and I always get an answer. I which getting scholarships was a tad bit easier though; applying is like having extra homework.
We learn a strategic and specific way of cutting so that we are not limited. We learning styling, product usage, coloring, professional communication and ethics. Studies are overly demanding because you enjoy learning about the subjects even when they are hard.
