I am loving this school so far. I have learned so much in such a short amount of time! From the teachers, to the finance counselors, and the academic counselors, they are all amazing!! I highly recommend this school as your online choice if that is what you are going for. It took me a while to choose the Art Institute of Pittsburgh- Online. But I promise you its worth it. Don't just look at the information online. They really work with you when it comes to tuition costs. Don't let the number online scare you. It definitely scared me, but as long as I pass all of classes, that number is cut in half almost!!!!! I can't wait to continue my education here the next few years!
Review The Art Institute of Pittsburgh - Online Division
I love the core curriculum for Graphic Design. The classes are intense and fast-paced, but you learn a lot. The School really works hard to prepare students for becoming professionals in their fields. It provides webinars where professionals working in their field tell you what it's like, and students can ask questions. AIP has very good tutoring support and technical support. Almost all the instructors provide helpful critiques and suggestions. They also readily make themselves available in multiple ways such as phone, Skype and email. The academic counselors and financial counselors keep up with how you are doing and what tasks you need to accomplish. You can discuss anything with them. While the Art Institute of Pittsburgh has a physical campus, its online division is very convenient and easy to use.
When I first was attending Art Institute, I went to their San Francisco campus. Due to financial reasons, I had to move back home, and continue my education on their Online Division. However, I asked to transfer my credits from one campus to the other, and they would not. Unless, I complete paid off the San Francisco campus, and they like to hold it over my head. I need my credits transferred, or the Online campus will start giving me classes that I have already taken. It's not right, and they don't help me as much as they promised.
