So far, I'm liking it here. There isn't a student dorm, or an easy access public internet space to interact with fellow students, so it is a little bit hard connecting with other students here. The school is small, which I personally enjoy. The actual learning in class seems to be more hands-off than I expected (depending on the class) but the school gives you all of the resources you will need to use to learn the material (including access to the computers, internet, and software programs used for the degree you major in).
Overall, I have not had too bad an experience here! I am learning, which was my goal into coming to this school.

Interior Design is CIDA certified, which is required to sit for NCIDQ exam or to get State registration. Really strong instructors, hands on project focus, teaches process and technical skills of interior design. Broad studio coverage so leave with a good portfolio, if you do the work. No hand holding here, but system designed for success if you do the assignments each week. Important to stay on track in later courses. Program builds upon prior classes and is great about reiterating processes and design elements throughout. You have to attend your classes... miss 2 and you are dropped from the class automatically. Professors are passionate about teaching and really care about their students. I had some illnesses in junior year and they worked with me as much as possible during a long healing time frame. Dedicated students will do well. Good art grant availability, depends upon load.
I haven't started as a student as but from what I know of so far it has been good. The teachers and faculty is amazing, the campus is beautiful yet small. The group classes are small but intimate. I have enjoyed everything that I have seen and experience so far.
