Tallahassee Community College Reviews
I love all of the culture and academic involvement. There are so many opportunities to advance and get involved. From counselors to clubs, this college has it all! If I could change one thing, it would be to add more light posts at night. During night classes, there are dark areas on campus. Luckily, police escorts are available at all times. I love this school and am beyond grateful to be a student here.
I felt very welcomed and not overwhelmed when I attended TCC. It has small classes, is affordable, and academically excellent. The scenery around is very beautiful and uplifting. I always felt safe around the campus even when it is empty. The restrooms, classrooms, and the campus in general is always clean. One major thing I liked about TCC is that I had no problem getting from one class to another. Compared to other universities, most of the time you need some form of transportation to get from one side to the other. TCC is well managed. It is very diverse and you feel welcomed all the time. Professors are amazing with their lectures and are available when help is requested. Once I got involved with the college, I built my networking skills, soft skills, and brought myself out of my comfort zone especially when dealing with students, deans, and professors. The only thing I would change would be the campus food. More diverse foods would grasp more students to eat on campus.
Tallahassee Community College does not have any on campus Dorms/Housing or relations to a Party Scene. They offer many different resources beneficial to all the students. The professors are great, and the campus is very user friendly. It's a great place to start your college experience!
