I have toured and i am looking forward to attending this fall. I am also looking forward to receiving any scholarship's I can to better myself.
I graduated from cobleskill with my associates in Animal Industry in May,2022. There's a lot I can say to criticize about this place but I'm going to address what I think is the biggest issues in the University. Number one being the staff, particularly the people they hire in RA, RD and Professorial positions is sometimes questionable. There's been multiple incidences of discrimination of various forms on campus against students by the professors. I lived in a building where my RA was acting maliciously towards me. Falsely acussing me of things, tell me to get out from places for no reason, talking bad about me to other people. The RD didn't seem to scold her at all or give consequences. I had to go to another RA for help with things because I didn't feel comfortable approaching her. Campus can be bring and depressing at times too, so there is a drinking and smoking problem amongst the students. There's a reason this college has a C- for student life on this website.
Many hardworking and dedicated students and professors thrive on this campus, and this university has had a very profound impact on my life and career. It is a great school for those who want to work with animals, agriculture, and engineering!
