Sumner College Reviews
Term schedule was released days prior to the term began. Emails for supply pick up were sent out last minute, with the dates set for working hours on weekdays. They act like its required but actually are lax about it. They poorly communicate on everything from parking spots to holiday breaks.
They require AHA BLS/CPR in person certification and a drug test during your first term- including cannabis.
The teachers are a very mixed bag but most are not very good at teaching. The course material is mostly through Canvas and online eBooks. Most teachers give exams every other week and quizzes each class.
The school separates most classes by day- ex: NUR205 on Weds, PHA201 on Fri. and occasionally with two in one day if they are shorter classes. Students have no control over their schedule at all.
