I really enjoyed the online classes for my first semester. Both professors were very helpful and understanding of my disability. My web publishing teacher was always a big help whenever I had problems, questions or concerns. Since I Joined my history class late, the professor was kind enough to let me go back and complete assignments that I had missed. She was a big help keeping me on track with the course. For my first experience as a college student with a disability, I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to the next semester in January!

Coming in as a freshman at St.Louis Community College- Florissant Valley was actually quite fun, and welcoming. The school had many planned fun activities within the first few week of school. Inviting freshman to join clubs, and to apply to work within the school. Providing lunch, and learns once a month. Which is where you learn more about club's and great things to within the school. Once you have stayed for the lecture you will be handed a eight dollar lunch voucher. Besides all the fun things the teachers are very helpful and understanding. These are things that make St.Louis Community College- Florissant Valley a fun, great school to attend.
I have never been so happy to have went to this college. The diversity is real, the community is so strong, and the location is the best for the people of this city. As a part of the artist community, the art department was an unbelievable experience as I have gained so much experience and knowledge for my career and I would not be headed anywhere I am going now without this school existing.
