Southwestern Michigan College is very good especially when it comes to the guidance curriculum and overall administration. They know what they are talking about and are willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The professors here are great from at least what I’ve heard and the professors that I’ve had last year and this year as well. Not only is it the administration but the students here make it will worth it as well! Overall, SMC is great community college to go to and get started with your college education!

Review Southwestern Michigan College

I haven't yet attended (I expected to start to fall 2023!) but when I toured I Instantly knew my college was the one for me. Most colleges that offer to house have you sharing a small space often with one other person sometimes more. What stood out to me most is how I could house on campus at a 2-year college, with 4 other people in a spacious environment. They also offer scholarships just based on your high school GPA, the admissions counselors are super helpful and make sure you're completing all the steps correctly and are always on standby for whatever questions or concerns you may have. I have no complaints so far and I'm typically an iffy person and was also very particular about where I wanted to attend school. I am pleased with my decision to attend Southwestern Michigan and can't wait to start this journey!

Southwestern Michigan College allows you to find a friendly community. Southwestern truly wants you to succeed and wants to help you. There are many activities here that allow you to get involved with your community and to make friends. I enjoy living on campus, the dorms are amazing and there is a Starbucks on campus in the Student Activity Center. The library allows you to have consolations, tutors, and access to computers and books for free. Coming to Southwestern was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
