Usually the parking would be adequate, but the construction currently taking place blocks some of it. When it is done at the end of the summer, it will no longer be an issue.
There are several off-campus options, but most people usually eat at the cafeteria because there is such a small break between classes (typically)

Doesn't get too cold. Summers are hot and humid, but bearable.

Parking is determined by what year you are. For example, the first year students can only park in the first year lot. It makes sense that the older years have access to parking in the parking lots closer to the Eye Center. However, they are currently adding onto the school and parking is limited in the back where staff and students usually park.
