Most professors are hardworking and care for their students, however, there are some exceptions leaving students frustrated.
Admissions staff was very helpful. I'm returning to college after 18 years and they were happy to walk me through the process.

I have student loans, no scholarships or grants through the financial aid office. They are very helpful, though
Do not know about the main campus, but the technology in the satellite locations is sub par, the computers are slow: you never know how the day will go
I do not attend the traditional campus. I take classes at a satellite location
