Shelton State has been a very pleasing experience to be apart of. Coming out of high school I was under the impression that a community college could not prepare me for a career at the same level a university would. After personally experiencing a community college, specifically Shelton state community college I have learned that is absolutely not true. The class sizes are small and each student has the opportunity to have a personal connection with their fellow classmates and professors. Shelton has prepared me to continue my journey at a 4-year institution without a doubt that I will be able to adjust.
Simply fab community college! Most of the professors are very enjoyable and want to see you succeed, gives you an education that holds up. Beautiful and well kept campus, small parking but not many students. Definitely a great choice for an Alabama CC.
