Getting my Multimedia Arts education through Sessions was such a wonderful and enriching experience! It has certainly helped me in my professional career as an artist working in the entertainment industry where I have had the opportunity to use my skills learned at Sessions. My multimedia arts skills have also given more freelancing opportunities. I am grateful that I was able to incorporate my local community college as part of the curriculum which was a time saver and gave me more time to spend with my family –which I was able to incorporate into some of my class assignments! Instructors with real-world experience, I highly recommend Sessions College for Professional Design. It was an investment that has paid off for me in many ways, professionally and personally!

I’ve been studying at Sessions in the AOS of Graphic Design for three semesters now, and have been very pleased. Despite its size, Sessions is quality and thoroughly accredited. Curriculum is kept up to date and the instructors are working professionals. The classes are neatly and consistently presented, which makes it easy to navigate and reliable for anyone with odd study schedules. Most importantly, the things they teach are applicable to the real world.

That said, you get out what you put in. The flexibility means you must be a self-motivated learner to excel. Further, the online environment and lack of scheduled class times mean that there is limited interaction with other students and the teachers. This works to my advantage, but if you are someone who needs a lot of dedicated help or interpersonal interaction, it is something to be aware of. All in all, for those looking for quality achievable classwork in a flexible online environment, Sessions is an excellent fit.
I have been going to Sessions for 1.5 years. I am a stay-at-home mom to 5 kids so I "attend" Sessions part-time. I love the flexibility with my schedule. There is an assignment due every week for each of my two classes. One class will have a more involved assignment due while the other class will have required reading and a discussion due, each class alternating types of assignments every week. I receive helpful feedback from teachers on assignments, and always have an opportunity to resubmit assignments with suggested changes to receive a higher grade. My schedule changes from day to day, so the flexibility to work on assignments and discussions whenever I have the time is very important to me. There is also opportunities for financial aid through scholarships and grants which is helpful in my situation.
