As I finish my first semester at Seminole State College, I would like to see the Student Clubs better prepared at the beginning of the year. The posters are out-dated and it is difficult to get accurate information regarding meeting days and times. When I try to get information from people at the front desk, it varies depending of who is present. On a more pleasant note, I find the classes engaging and easy to learn the information from the professors. One particular example would be in my political ideology class. My professor usually goes to great length to make sure that we understand the concepts that he is attempting to teach. He also provides us with ample class discussions so that we can bounce ideas off of one another. All in all I would give my school 5 stars!
Review Your College
I really enjoyed the opportunity to improve my knowledge at Seminole State college. I have to say I really found it one of the best campus in the areas, with a big parking lot, flexible
hours to acces at library. I appraciate how the personal stuff works, always there to help you! I also met new different friends, with a diversity culture , Seminole has a really nice program of English as second leanguages where you can meet people from everywhere in the world. The best part is they integrate a lot of online classes which is a good opportunity for those who don't have time to be in the classes.
Seminole State college of Florida is a well balanced school. It has a peaceful campus for studying, for example, its study rooms in the library are my best place to review a chapter before an exam because of its quiet maintained surrounding.
The teachers in this school are helpful and friendly (or at least I've landed with the best ones, thanks to ratemyprofessors.com).
However, natures table isn't always the best place to eat, and thankfully this college is located near a gazillion restaurants providing all kinds of food.
In comparison with the other colleges and university, this college seems to be the lowest in tuition fee. Yet expensive enough for an international student that just moved from Africa.
Seminole state college of Florida always welcomes students in diversity and is one of the best schools when it comes to the safety of the students. This college has fast alarming systems through emails and/or website updates.
