Freshman: The professors here are very personable and the campus is easy to get around! UNT features awesome amenities like a huge food court with plenty of options (the University Union,) free bus transportation, and so many tutoring opportunities if you're struggling! They really care for us students here and offer free mental health counseling, a clinic for any health issues, and assistance with testing/essays. The only downsides would be the parking situation for students that live off campus and freshmen who have to park across I-35 and the older residence halls. Aside from these little obstacles, UNT is a wonderful university (and definitely worth the price!) Go Mean Green!

Senior: 3 Reasons Why DBU is NOT For You.
DBU is not for you if you like to
drink & party all the time. There are strict rules against alcohol on campus, which is bad for some and great for others.
You're not serious about your faith.
DBU is very serious about Christianity.
I have friends who went to TCU & SMU, both are not
Christ-centered in overall campus environment.
DBU integrates Christianity into almost every aspect
of the univ.
For EX: Professors begin class with prayer, most of staff is very helpful
in guiding you to grow in your faith. Chapel is required for all students.
You like big classes you can miss.
DBU is famous for small class sizes
are very personal. You dont get to be late without anyone noticing.
Class attendance = mandatory but you dont get marked up for being late
If you're serious about ur faith and growing to be the best person you can be physically, mentally and spiritually
DBU would be a perfect school for you!

Freshman: I am about to finish my freshman year at University of Texas at Arlington. Not only is this college known for being diverse there are also so many ways for students to meet and make new friends. UTA holds many events throughout the school year. For example, there is ooze ball which is volleyball in the mud. There are clubs and fraternety's that come out and sell food or art work. There are many opportunities for students to do well in their classes because UTA has recently offered free tutoring. There are also many places around campus for studying as well as hanging out with friends. UTA has allowed me to make new friends and do well in my studies! If you're looking for a fun, diverse, and academic focused school UTA is the place for you.

Sophomore: Such an inspiring school! While it is considered a business school, so many different people with varying backgrounds combine their personal interests with their passion for business to create unique careers and opportunities for themselves and others. The school often promotes diversity and inclusion, but they could work a little harder on the inclusion portion!

Junior: Texas Wesleyan is an outstanding private University! Smaller. Smarter. The classes are small which I believe hold up to no more than 40 students per class. That which is an advantage, and not only because you get to communicate with your Professor consistently but also because Wesleyan is awesome! They have a variety of clubs and organizations that help and assist students involve themselves in activities and internships! Our staff members involve themselves as much as possible in order for students to find their right major. We are a big family , regardless of how small we are. Also, I will never get tired of saying this... Everyone is nice. Texas Wesleyan is a diverse, fun and successful University. We have late night activities, for example, bonfires, cookouts, "Naked but Real", (students come out to share there art pieces including poems, songs etc.) sand volleyball, free shirts, free meals on occasions and tea! I can go on and on but my words are limited!

Sophomore: I just finished my Freshman Year at Collin College. I live in Mckinney, just 15 minutes away from both their Preston Ridge and Central Park campuses, and that makes it easy for me to commute to class and live at home. The money I've saved is compounded by the fact that class tuition is highly inexpensive. And thanks to ratemyprofessor.com, I've been able to cherry-pick the professors I take. Collin makes many brilliant and open-minded professors available to its students, and this is another factor that's contributed to the largely stress-free Freshman year I've had there. If you live in Frisco, GO TO THIS COLLEGE!
