Freshman: I'm a 48 year old mother and wife. I walked into Hagerstown Community College,little nervous, but God giving me and push and inspiration, therefore I held my head high. All the students that were working in admissions, financial aide. The councilor really worked with me helping show me the instructions and it of college. I met a wonderful lady, Jamie, in the disability Dept. You see here comes more anxiety, because now I have to tell her I have a head injury from and assult. I have short term memory lose, anxiety, PTSD, and panick attacks. I'm here to challenge myself, push on , and stand tall.
Jamie was so supportive! And most of all gave me ALL the support I need,that the college provides. Even, down to having a security escort in the evening to and from class! Very impressed! Very professional, and accommodating.

Freshman: When I first contacted Lincoln about the various programs they offered, I was received professionally and they went over the enrollment process thoroughly. They were timely in their responses. After having attended the institute for a month, I feel like the knowledge and education I am receiving is adequate. I feel as though once I am finished I will definitely be able to secure employment and feel knowledgeable in the HVAC field. I really enjoyed my first instructor and the Campus seems clean.

Alum: I am a recent graduate from Fortis College, Dental Hygiene. The hygiene program costs include everything you need to attend, including scrubs, books, and instruments (52,000$). Please keep in mind that other programs within Maryland area are not a guarantee when prerequisites are completed. I would also advise checking other dental hygiene programs wait lists, some have a minimum 2 year after prerequisites have been completed. With Fortis your classes include the prerequisites. DO NOT TRY TO WORK THE SECOND HALF OF SCHOOL. This program is also accelerated and ACCREDITED. The classes are difficult and throughout your training you will question things, but as a recently certified RDH, I can fully attest to the fact that these ladies are teaching you to be ready for the real world. They are pushing to create work professionals, providing classes with resume building and PASSING DH boards.

Also- I've had my license for 2 weeks and I have had to turn down 3 job offers.
