Niche User: I've loved my experience at EAC! The classes are small and the teachers are kind, so you feel like you're getting a very personalized experience. I'm a language major there, and I've always felt welcomed by the rest of the language department. The professors are understanding and excellent at keeping a manageable workload. Furthermore, their tutoring center is one of the best I've seen. There's free tutoring available in almost every subject, and the tutors are available whenever it's most convenient for students. Sophomore: As a student enrolling in college after 6 years, Yavapai College was the perfect place for me to regain my footing in education. I pursued an of science degree. The support you get at Yavapai is unbelievable. The professors and supporting faculty want you to succeed. There are a lot of opportunities to build leadership skills and overall confidence, which I gained from the classes and groups I’m a part of. The success, knowledge and support I gained & received at Yavapai has gotten me letters from Ivy League schools urging me to apply! I never imagined I’d be here today in my academic journey. Other than the academics, the campus is beautiful. The library is my favorite place, they have an outdoor portion and in doors there are many private study rooms and cozy bean bags. Freshman: I was recently accepted into PMI Mesa (April, 2022), and I have to say I am beyond impressed as of current. My start date is August 31, 2022 and I am extremely excited. I attended the orientation session to meet classmates and instructors which was helpful to become familiar with the program and peers that will be in my classes. We were even able to meet with two current students in the program which informed us what to expect and how successful the ADN process at PMI is, which is necessary. I feel proud of my choice selecting a school with compassion to students and staff. Financial aid is offered and grants, which staff walks you through to ensure the best choice. Freshman: I have had the best experience at MMI that I could have asked for. The faculty and staff are extremely helpful in all departments. The school is very clean and well kept. Freshman: My experiences on being enrolled with Carrington College-Mesa are amazing by far. I truly admire how things are neatly and professionally organized by the staff members and advisors. The beginning we were doing online classes due to COVID-19, but we managed to get out work and lectures in by having Microsoft Meetings. What I like about Carrington College-Mesa is that they care about each students education and the program that they are in. By making sure we understand and by providing us with hands on experiences at campus, so we can provide a successful performance withing the medical field to our future patients. They also treat us equally within our programs by making sure we all receive the education we all deserve and are hoping to accomplish as well. Freshman: The people are so sweet especially Sierra she walked me threw my whole application as well as my financial aids I was able to achieve. I love that I get to work at home as well as two classes in person a week it definitely helps me when it comes to the cost of gas as well as not constantly getting burnt out. I love that Carrington provides me with every bit of knowledge that I need to achieve my academic goals. They also open up my mind to greater possibilities. I love that I also get to go to a clinic and get 6 weeks of practice with real patients. Freshman: This college is way different than the college I went to back in Colorado , this college is more strict with rules .I feel like I cant express myself and just be me , I feel like the college is saying that if you look a certain way your not going to succeed . I overall love the college because you can tell the teachers and staff really care about their students and there are always fun events right around the corner . we recently had a trick and trunk event which was fun . The school raises money by letting the students wear jeans on Fridays for $1 but that money goes to the events that they host . I love the environment , you dont feel judged or not welcomed , everyone is understanding , it feels comfortable . Im so glad to have this opportunity to join this college and graduate with a medical assistant certificate , I already have my CPR card , which is helpful with future jobs .
