    Sophomore: I have been at Eastern Oregon University for over a year now and I absolutely love it! From the staff to the teachers, everyone has been extremely helpful. All of my issues have been resolved quickly. I am doing the online program because I prefer a self paced environment. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.

    Senior: Everyone has been very helpful and insightful. I've gotten so much help and care from staff, professors and advisers. It is a close nit community that helps support the students and lifts them up when needing help and guidance. There are many programs in place to help students succeed. The professors and advisers are very caring and understanding. Great environment.

    Sophomore: I love this College. I am on my last term here, but it has been an awesome experience. The faculty and staff are exceptional people who genuinely care about you, and the classes are good quality (providing you have the teachers that have been there for a long while). The Aquarium science program is excellent, and the writing and sociology departments are awesome. Each department has at least one excellent teacher. If you are given the opportunity, the SEAL (Serve Earn And Learn) programs are their work study programs and they are excellent experience opportunities. The only thing I would say is that this is a two year college. Their art department has one very good teacher, but only about 2-3 different classes per year. If you are looking for a large variety of classes, this school won't be able to provide that. What they can provide is quality gen-ed classes, specialty degrees, small classrooms with ample access to instructors, and very kind and accommodating staff.

    Sophomore: George Fox really does live out their Be Known promise. As an engineering student, I’ve gotten great hands-on experience, I have access to a huge engineering facility, and my professors are able to integrate their science/math courses with faith, which is incredible! The local area is charming, the campus is beautiful and feels private, and I’ve built lifelong friendships.

    Alum: This is a great on-line school! i took my Aromatherapy Certification classes and loved it! It offers great class structure, good professors and an easy to navigate website. I personally had some difficulty with the health classes but the teachers were great about working with me and trying to help tutor me so i could learn the information so I could pass my classes. I recommend this school highly for online learning!

    Junior: The advisors are great, as are most of the other staff, but the teachers are hit or miss. You won't find several of the same online class with different teachers so sometimes you just have to settle for whoever is teaching that term. It is a bad sign if they don't have their Blackboard syllabus updated or their schedule prepared, and I dislike the teachers who don't open up communication right away. It feels very lonely and you feel distanced from the other students. It's just you and the book. But saying that, there are also the other half of the teachers who are great, helpful, communicative and encouraging. Research if you can!

    Graduate Student: So far I am in my 2nd quarter of graduate school for the Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine online degree program here and absolutely love it! The professors are knowledgeable, and the school has GREAT communication between all departments (advisors, financial aid, professors, etc). Highly recommend this school!
