Senior: Texas Christian University embodies a unique social and academic culture that has allowed me to grow in more ways that I would have ever imagined. Students are confident and passionate to pursue their deep desires. I love the wide variety of opportunities the school offers to be involved on campus or in the Fort Worth community. Class size is medium to small, which is perfect for discussions and getting to know the professors. The population is small enough to feel like a family, yet large enough to get the full "college" experience. TCU can also be challenging, because you are surrounded by high achievers and competition. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming to compare to people around you, but ultimately it has spurred me on to be the best version of me. TCU is a world-changing place!

Freshman: The professors here are very personable and the campus is easy to get around! UNT features awesome amenities like a huge food court with plenty of options (the University Union,) free bus transportation, and so many tutoring opportunities if you're struggling! They really care for us students here and offer free mental health counseling, a clinic for any health issues, and assistance with testing/essays. The only downsides would be the parking situation for students that live off campus and freshmen who have to park across I-35 and the older residence halls. Aside from these little obstacles, UNT is a wonderful university (and definitely worth the price!) Go Mean Green!

Senior: 3 Reasons Why DBU is NOT For You.
DBU is not for you if you like to
drink & party all the time. There are strict rules against alcohol on campus, which is bad for some and great for others.
You're not serious about your faith.
DBU is very serious about Christianity.
I have friends who went to TCU & SMU, both are not
Christ-centered in overall campus environment.
DBU integrates Christianity into almost every aspect
of the univ.
For EX: Professors begin class with prayer, most of staff is very helpful
in guiding you to grow in your faith. Chapel is required for all students.
You like big classes you can miss.
DBU is famous for small class sizes
are very personal. You dont get to be late without anyone noticing.
Class attendance = mandatory but you dont get marked up for being late
If you're serious about ur faith and growing to be the best person you can be physically, mentally and spiritually
DBU would be a perfect school for you!

Senior: I transferred into Fisher College my junior year and I can honestly say I am very happy I found this college. I chose Fisher because of the small class size and the location of the school. I am not just another student; my teachers know my name and I can reach out to them for extra help and recommendations. Our classes are filled with students from China, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, etc. It's been great to be able to hear different perspectives from different cultures. The location of the school is AMAZING. Everything is a T-ride away or a twenty-minute walk. When it's nice out, you can hang out on the docks behind the school, eat in China Town, bike around the Charles River, and explore all the events happening in the city. This is not a party school but you will live in a city with over 200,000 college students. Do not let partying affect your choice when picking a college. You will find plenty of things to do on the weekend that are off campus, trust me!

Niche User: I had a great experience overall in the University of Texas at Arlington. It has great food, and has many opportunities for students! Campus life is amazing also, there is many places to visit within campus. The area that it is around is also amazing. Arlington has theme parks and even has the Texas Rangers ball park near. The gym is so spacious. There is a big track space where you’re able to run however you’d like. The basketball court is amazing too! Let me talk to you about diversity. I have been searching for a school that has amazing diversity and I can talk about this school very well. I felt comfortable being who I am. There is endless opportunities when you are attending the University of Texas at Arlington. There is a right amount of student to teacher ratio as well. You have opportunities to network with people and time to ask your professor questions! Their basketball team is amazing and they are even working on expanding their sport options. Awesome university!

Junior: Texas Wesleyan is an outstanding private University! Smaller. Smarter. The classes are small which I believe hold up to no more than 40 students per class. That which is an advantage, and not only because you get to communicate with your Professor consistently but also because Wesleyan is awesome! They have a variety of clubs and organizations that help and assist students involve themselves in activities and internships! Our staff members involve themselves as much as possible in order for students to find their right major. We are a big family , regardless of how small we are. Also, I will never get tired of saying this... Everyone is nice. Texas Wesleyan is a diverse, fun and successful University. We have late night activities, for example, bonfires, cookouts, "Naked but Real", (students come out to share there art pieces including poems, songs etc.) sand volleyball, free shirts, free meals on occasions and tea! I can go on and on but my words are limited!

Alum: To simply sum up my time at TCC, I will say that everything moved quickly for me because of the motivating push I had from the faculty and my professors. I was able to attend TCC soon after high school and I was overjoyed with how inexpensive an experience it was – one of the biggest benefits to attending a community college, you won’t leave with any debt. The diversity at TCC was unfathomable and just something to really step back and take in and appreciate. Sometimes people will try to make you feel as though you are a cop out for attending a community college and you’re not really getting the full experience, but don’t let them lie to you; TCC makes it quick, easy, and affordable for everyone, and who can argue with that?!
