We got to tour the entire facility along with all of the nursing classes in the kirk building which is where I will be! Alum: Everyone here is so friendly and very understanding. They helped me so much! If you have a baby they will pay for your schooling and has daycare they provide as well. Freshman: I'm a first time student here at U.A.H.T and I'm loving everything about it. The people here are very caring and help you with all your questions, they give you resources to people to help with whatever situation you may be having trouble with. Here at The University of Arkansas Hope Campus "they have lots of activity's for the students to have fun and be a part of a community with positive peers. Also here at U.A.H.T they have many groups to be apart of a positive influence in the local community's. The only thing I would say would be great to have here would be a student lounge and a place for after school activity's such as sports. The main reason I feel the need for such is for students like me who rides with a friend who is also a student. Sophomore: Northwest Arkansas Community College is a small campus with no dorms or rooms but is very close to the local area. Fortunately, the environment is great and quiet for studying such as the Student Center. Not only that but the tuition is very cheap compared to other universities and colleges and the professors are well prepared and actively help the students understand the content. The transition from online to in-person was also smooth and the staff and faculty were very helpful and informative, providing plenty of resources and support. NWACC has various programs and organizations such as F1RSTS and the LIFE program. F1RSTS is about supporting and teaching first-generation college students, while LIFE is about promoting success during and after enrollment and celebrating culture and bringing the community together. Freshman: The University of Arkansas - Fort Smith has been an amazing college so far. The campus is quiet, well-maintained, and peaceful. The RAs and the RD are extremely nice and helpful and do their best to solve whatever problem arises. There are many clubs to join and many opportunities to get involved with campus and future employers. I have ADHD and dyscalculia, and I required a little extra help with math, and my algebra professor had no issues giving me the extra assistance and time I needed. The only thing I'd like to see change is the food options on campus. Many students can't go home during the weekends, and the cafeteria isn't open those days. The food in the campus center closes early, but a lot of people have conflicting schedules and not enough money to go eat somewhere else. Freshman: The University of Arkansas at Monticello is an excellent school to attend if you are interested in attending a college. They have many different courses and majors that are offered. The professors are accommodating and understanding. The classes are only about 30 kids to a class. As well as having a clean campus, the staff works hard all the time to ensure that we can learn in a clean environment. I hear we also have a good Foot ball team but I'm not into it so I can not confirm that fact. There is always something going on At UAM they are even holding a min squid game they try there best to make sure we get the help we need while also helping us still enjoy our time there.
