Sophomore: Great university with lots of opportunities! Many possibilities of different mayors to choose from! Big campus with a large green area and many animals to see! Need basis scholarship for American and merit scholarships for international students like me College of engineering is very high tech with great professors and mentors available to help students on the way! Many possibilities to get involved in research projects. Also possible to work on ana off campus! Lots of students associations with regular meetings so students can get to know other cultures, get professional tips work on resumes or just hang out with friends. There is a catholic parish nearby were students can engage in volunteer work in the Columbia area and attend masses on weekends. Honors college with small size classes and many adventures during the semesters. Honors also offer scholarships, the possibility to work on research! Alum: William Woods is a great university. They’ve recently sworn in a new university president and I am confident he is going to bring about positive change moving forward! Their ASL and Equestrian programs are what they are known for, and having been a part of one of them, they are very solid programs. The Sciences and Arts are also very prevalent and many majors and minors are offered in those areas of study as well. Sophomore: I really enjoy Central! The professors are incredibly patient and take time to thoroughly explain the subject. Everyone is incredibly nice and friendly. Academics and athletics are very important here. The only complaint is accessibility issues since our campus is made of several historical buildings. Freshman: My experience at Westminster has been overall amazing. I came in to college very scared and nervous. I convinced myself that I was going to make no friends, but that was not the case. From the first day on campus I have felt so welcome. The Blue Jay are so helpful. There have been many time where in have needed my professor just to be there while I do my work and they will do that for you. They are very generous. The student body is so warm and welcoming. The best thing about campus is CAB and all of the fun events around campus. The free food trucks, the bounce houses, and the build-a-bear at every student event gets everyone involved.... Freshman: WELL! At first I didn't really won't to be here, because I wasn't ready to leave away from home and go off to college. But once I got adjusted to it, going to practice, training and workouts. Getting to know and i had got close to a few of the players. things started get better. I got to go to some of the Frat partys watching the Sorority and afraternitys step and stroll. was all new and exciting. But i really love the workouts the gym it's called THE LINK some may not like but not me. Also getting to meet students that's not from Missouri, different states some even from other countries. I have one of my famliy member that go here with me, that helped alot because I wasn't feeling being away from home. Sophomore: I have loved my experience with this school. All of the instructors have been exceedingly welcoming and I feel as though I am truly receiving a quality education. I had not previously enjoyed taking online courses, but this school was greatly helpful in allowing me to see the benefits of online schooling. Although we do not see each other in person, I feel connected with my classmates and there is a strong community in that we want to help each other succeed. My instructors are more than willing to help me so that I am able to succeed and learn the information that will be important in my career.
